The Seven Lakes Symphony Orchestra was named a National Winner in the 2016 National Orchestra Honor Competition from the Foundation of Music Education. The Sinfonia String Orchestra was also acknowledged by the foundation, earning a Commended Winner title. Both ensembles were National Winners in the 2015 competition. Recorded submissions were selected from 30+ states through competitive adjudication.
